I give this place a one star rating because of the funeral director we dealt with. The facilities are outstanding , very beautiful. All of the staff that I spoke with on the phone were nice and courteous The actual funeral director we dealt with was horrible. We had to plan a memorial for my brother-in-law, my wife met with Charlotte to plan the event. The price was very reasonable and my wife really liked the layout of the place. Charlotte continually tried to rush my wife with the decisions about how to memorialize her brother. After making the arrangements we went to meet at the Mt. Washington location to check the sound and decide how we wanted to play our music. This meeting was in the morning before we had to be at work and they were late to that causing my wife to be later than necessary for work herself. We had them make a slide show with the pictures we provided. They set the photos to music and posted it to his obituary without showing us first to get our approval. My wife hated the music that Charlotte chose and it was online before she even had a chance to see it. When she called Charlotte to tell her she didn't like the music, she was told in a tone that implied more annoyance than sympathy that there was only so much music to chose from. After all that I still probably wouldn't have given such a low rating or wrote this lengthy review. On the day of the memorial my wife and I arrive at the funeral home to start getting everything set up before our friends and family begin to arrive. When we got there the place was locked up. We called the funeral home to let us in so that we could begin to set up everything. We were told by the lady on the phone that we were not suppose to be there until 2pm. BUT THAT WAS WHEN THE MEMORIAL WAS STARTING! We asked her to get in touch with the funeral director and find out where she was at, she called us back and said she was in traffic and would be there in 10 minutes. She did not arrive until 2pm. So we had to set up everything with guests coming in at the same time. Charlotte proceeded to tell us the Memorial was at 3pm. We told her to read the obituary she wrote. So we really don't know if she was in traffic or just didn't know what time she was suppose to be there. She never apologized and was very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place, and neither will anyone who attended the memorial that rushed to help us get everything together.

These are people that really care about their job. Affordable prices and amazing service. Definitely going to be recommending this place to anyone who needs it.
