Chelsea was SUPER helpful today when I called in with a receipt issue. This location has definitely won me over and I will continue to do my shopping here as a result of the stellar customer service. A+!!
They usually have what I'm looking for in store. They are the closest home improvement store in this area. They have a solid return policy and good customer service. They offer military discount for any veteran. **notev. You will soon have to use mylowes with veteran statis on it. They will soon no longer accept a military id of any kind, or so i have been told. I prefer this, as i us mylowes anyways so it is one less thing to have to show.

Will never order from Lowe's again customer service is rude. Ordered a washer and was told it would be delivered at 7am by employee. Then was called and confirmed by another employee that it would also be there by 7am. Then when it wasn't there by 7:30 am I called only to be told that I was I a list. They never start loading their trucks until 7 and they don't know why anyone would have told me that. Why would I have made that up. I will take my business somewhere else.
