Would give a zero if I could! Came in because I had a boil that turned into a severe infection- I have had MRSA before. It’s has significantly gotten worse in the past three days before I came here. Other than the registration nurse and registration attendant everything was a joke! Didn’t do a thing to help me other than push all over my sore area- didn’t test anything- didn’t even treat it, clean it NOTHING. Sent a few scripts over to Kroger. But oh buddy they’ll make sure they get your insurance information to charge you for their lack of work! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE whatever you do, go elsewhere make the extra drive to Louisville! PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR AN EMERGENCY SERVICE.
Just wanted to post something positive on here. Had to make a trip to Jewish South this morning for a kidney stone (worst pain ever)..And I just want to say that my nurse Kelly, was the most fantastic nurse I’ve ever had, outstanding personally, great patient care and just extremely on top of it. She made me feel like I’ve known her my whole life. My nurse Dr.Budd was outstanding too. They were quick, I was in and out, and they were super nice! I know that facility doesn’t get a lot of praise so I just wanted to share my positive experience.
Do not go to this ER. Worst nurse experience EVER! She didn't do anything except take my mothers blood pressure while she was laying down and then standing up, and put IV in, she didn't help get her in the wheelchair, knew she had to go to the restroom and told ME, how to take her bag off and plug her cords back up! I thought THAT was the nurses job! She just seemed as though she could care a less! The man at the registration desk was the most helpful and friendly. He was actually doing his job and with a good attitude. I will never go back here! When we left, the nurse got the wheelchair, left it at the door of the room and left! Good ridance, and thanks for nothing! The Dr. wasn't that bad, but nothing to brag on!
I will not be going back ever to this establishment again. My iv was not in all the way and the nurse knew it so she taped it down everywhere. But the main issue I have never been sexually embarrassed in my life until tonight. The humiliation I set through tonight was degrading and far more embarrassing than I could have imagined. Who does this to people. And no to the nurse on pills I'm not miss Anderson and I'm pretty sure I shouldn't even know miss Anderson is here. There is no privacy act here.
