Awful customer service. Needed a package today, it was suppose to be signed for. They gave no time for anyone to answer the door and sign and then we try to flag them down while in the neighborhood and they payed no attention to us. I try to call and see if he could come back because it's a package I needed and the lady on the phone was very rude.
The physical location of the post office is at the very edge of town and a little inconvenient, not usually too busy. 10 minute or so wait. But the drivers don't seem to care when they get the mail to you(half the mornings it'll be here before noon, other half of the time it'll be here at like 2 or later). Not to mention they left a package outside my door, more than once, of which, one got rained on and ruined what was inside. I live about a mile from the post office. Never have a problem with inside the store though
