Crappy trailer park. To much for water bill. Couldn't get mail box key. Had electrical problems and wouldn't fix it. Nice neighbors though. Don't like that kids have to walk to front on the trailer to get on the bus.

Lots of problems, a few inconsiderate neighbors some with drug problems and when they kick someone out of the complex they don't enforce it, they can usually return and stay with someone else as long as their name is not on the paperwork.

New owners and definitely crazy they have no idea how to manage an outhouse muchless a mobile home park
