But the one thing that never seems to change here is that servers never have time to come back and refill drinks. Perhaps they have too many tables assigned to them. Suggest they work on a plan to cover their patrons better. I would suggest they take two drinks at initial delivery of drinks or increase the size of their mugs and glasses to compensate (just some quick ideas).
New server, so service was a little slow, but understandable. Eat here often, and not typical, and food was hot when it got to table, so no harm, no foul there.
Even though the place was packed when we arrived it seemed like the staff had everything under control. The atmosphere was still pleasant and the wait time wasn't very long at all, not to mention the food is absolutely mouth wateringly delicious. Thanks for making this a very pleasant experience for me and my children, we truly enjoyed ourselves and never once felt rushed to order or finish our plates, the drink refills were also very plentiful and in closing, myself, I had been in restaurant management for several years and the team work I observed was astounding, now that's how you work!!! Excellent job Cracker Barrel crew and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!!! Stay blessed everyone. Unfortunately the name of our server slips my mind and for that I truly apologize, because you were excellent under pressure.
It was a very pleasant visit. I took my niece out to breakfast. The waitress Amber was very kind and made sure we was okay. The food was perfect. Since we went early there was no crowd aside from a few sheriff's enjoying their time as well. It was by far one of the best experiences i have had at a Cracker Barrel.
I went with a large party on Christmas Eve. They had no problem sitting us. Server took order promptly and efficiently. Food was delivered quickly. The food was hot and prepared correctly. Only gave a 4 stare because while they have handicapped parking, there is not enough handicapped parking spots. They have enough parking so it wouldn't hurt them to throw in a few more handicapped spaces.
If I could give a no star review I would. Worst service ever!!! I'm not a complainer, but Christ! Me my girlfriend and my 10 year old son went on Friday October 20, 2017 at around 7:30 pm for supper. Usually there is no problem and everybody leaves happy and full, but not this night. We ordered our food and started playing peg game after 10 minutes of waiting our food comes. Well at least what we thought was our food. My order was missing half of what was supposed to be there. My girlfriend's order was completely wrong and cold, but the kicker was when the server said "I feel like something is missing" and he was right. They completely left off my son's order. Then server expected us to just share our food with my son to rectify the situation. Granted, they didn't charge for my son's food when it finally came but her and I had already eaten ours. So we waited for the food and him to eat and they STILL didn't get all his order right... this place was just terrible and they were not even busy. Then to top it off I got super sick all night. I was feeling wonderful before we went there... I WILL BE CALLING MANAGEMENT TODAY. I'm sure nothing will be done as it wasn't the last night
