Our food was good, especially the fried mushrooms, but the service wasn't. It took much too long to get refills, and we had to get our own extra napkins and coffee creamer. Then when our waitress started busing all the tables around us, she sat the cart (loaded with dirty dishes) right beside us in the aisle, right in our faces. I still can't believe it, especially since she could have gone down the aisle on the other side of the table where no one was sitting. That whole roll of tables was empty.
The food had no flavor and the salad bar was very dirty. The bathroom look like I had not been cleaned in three days.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The salad bar was fresh and had a good variety of otems. The prices are reasonable and the menu has a wide variety of items to choose from. They serve their Big Boy Sandwich Ohio style
Met friends for brunch on a Sunday morning. Arriving early meant no lines or long waits. Friends had the buffet while I ordered a single meal. All of us were happy. The waitress kept their coffee cups filled immediately and often. She was also very friendly. The friends live near this area and visit this restaurant. If I'm ever close to here again, I will visit this Big Boy.
