I ordered the number two which is the double cheese fire me off a comfort to double sliders and fries and a drink for $5.79. The food came out quickly and hot, most importantly fresh.
Had a good dine-in experience with my son. The front dining room needed some attention. Food was hot and fresh. The fries were different than the usual I think smaller.
Food is always fresh at this location which I enjoy but they are very slow.
Ive been here several times and can say with full confidence it's the slowest drive thru I've ever experienced in my life. They also have a problem understanding what no cheese means. I'm somewhat conflicted writing this review as I like the employees here, but the 30 minute wait I endured after pulling up to wait, followed by the slow refund I had to go inside to get has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. When they acted like I was bothering them for asking for a refund after being there 45 minutes with no food, that pretty much sealed the deal. I could see going here if you love White Castle unconditionally and don't have plans for the day.
I wanted unsweet tea but I figured out eventually that I needed to ask someone behind the counter. They only keep it in the drive-through. The tea tasted great as did the food, nothing else really to say. If you've never tried White Castle, this is a great stop because it was mighty tasty!
The burgers here were very soggy. I didn't taste very good. I was out of town and wanted to stop... I'm sorry that I did. I liked the red soda though.
White castle is one of my FAVORITE places. But this location ALWAYS messes something up. Last time they left out 2 things from my order and I called up to kindly inform them of my missing items which the manager Connie was very friendly about and apologized for. She said I could come the next day with my receipt to get the missing food and when I got there the employees looked at me like I was stupid and questioned me for 5 minutes and shouted across the kitchen.
We've been looking for a white castle and finally found one on our trip to Chicago. When you walk in the store you notice the decor has been updated, I don't come here often but I've not seen one that has this decor before. The employees did not greet me but I didn't come here for that, so I'm OK.
